Our Pastel Festival Bag is created from original Bam-Bam illustrations that are screen-printed onto high-quality textiles. Crafted from a cotton twill blend, combining cotton and spandex for a fabric that feels like a soft denim. The bag's interior is lined with a thin black fabric, and the outside features a Bam-Bam logo printed on the front. In addition to its functionality and style, our festival bag is a must-have accessory for anyone looking for a stylish bag for versatile use. Featuring an adjustable strap/waist band, solid zips and clasp along with three pockets to hold your belongings—the front pocket is easily accessible and suitable for most phones. While the middle pocket provides extra space for larger items and the secret back pocket is perfect for keeping your things safe and secure. Fabric: Screen Printed Cotton Twill (95% cotton 5% spandex) - slight stretch
Fit: Small to XL (not XS or XXL)
Sizing: The strap can be 88 cm/34.6 inches to 118cm/ 46.5 inches. Larger strap sizes are available on request at info@Bam-bamart.com
Washing Instructions: Turn inside out, and machine wash on cold setting, hang dry.
Shipping: Available for shipping worldwide, shipped DDP at no extra cost or tax, approximate arrival time.
SHIPPING
Items will be dispatched between 1-5 working days from when the order is made. Shipping is always sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) so you never have to pay any tax or any extras on your purchase. We generally ship with Fedex and it takes 5-10 days, depending on location worldwide. You will receive Fedex email notifications of estimated delivery date and tracking number.
We will notify you by email if there is ever any unexpected delay on your order.
SHIPPING FOR PRE-ORDER -
Pre-order items will take 2-3 weeks to produce and then will be shipped immediately. Shipping is with Fedex and takes 5-10 days, depending on location. You will receive email notifications of estimated delivery date.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
As an independent business we strive to have the best quality service but currently we can only issue returns from orders made to America, Canada, UK, Europe, New Zealand and Asia. We have dispatch offices available in these locations.
Please note - we are unfortunately no longer able to offer refunds/exchanges for Australia, all sales are final.
We only offer refunds/exchanges on unworn and non-discounted items.
PLEASE NOTE- Items on sale are not eligible for return or refund, however are eligible for size exchange.
For exchanges or returns on items you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you wish to return you order please contact us by email (info@bam-bamart.com with your reason and request and we will send you instructions for returns.
You will need to return the unworn items to a localised dispatch address. We have these in California, Vancouver, and London. You will need to email proof of postage to receive a full refund. The cost of postage to the dispatch office will need to be personally incurred by the consignee.
We product check each and every order multiple times before it leaves our studio – in the rare case that we have missed something or made a human error and you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us at info@bam-bamart.com with photos of your item. We will be more than happy to guide you through the immediate exchange process.
