This versatile bag can be worn in multiple ways - as a waist bag, across the chest, or across the back - making it the perfect accessory for any occasion.

The bag's design is not only stylish but also functional, with three different pockets to hold all of your belongings. The front pocket is easily accessible and a perfect size for most phones, while the middle pocket provides extra space for larger items. The secret back pocket is perfect for keeping your valuables safe and secure.
With the adjustable waist band this design fits sizes Small to XL (not XS or XXL) if you wish for a larger or smaller waist band please send us an email to order a custom fit.
The bag's interior is lined with a thin black fabric, while the outside features a pastel purple & turquoise pattern and the BAM-BAM logo printed on the front.
SHIPPING
Items will be dispatched between 1-5 working days from when the order is made. Shipping is always sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) so you never have to pay any tax or any extras on your purchase. We generally ship with Fedex and it takes 5-10 days, depending on location worldwide. You will receive Fedex email notifications of estimated delivery date and tracking number.
We will notify you by email if there is ever any unexpected delay on your order.
SHIPPING FOR PRE-ORDER -
Pre-order items will take 2-3 weeks to produce and then will be shipped immediately. Shipping is with Fedex and takes 5-10 days, depending on location. You will receive email notifications of estimated delivery date.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
As an independent business we strive to have the best quality service but currently we can only issue returns from orders made to America, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Asia. We have dispatch offices available in these locations.
We only offer refunds/exchanges on unworn and non-discounted items.
For exchanges or returns you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you wish to return you order please contact us by email (bambambilla23@gmail.com) with your reason and request and we will send you instructions for returns.
You will need to return the unworn items to a localised dispatch address. We have these in California, Vancouver, London, France and Indonesia. You will need to email proof of postage to receive a full refund. The cost of postage to the dispatch office will need to be personally incurred by the consignee.
We product check each and every order multiple times before it leaves our studio – in the rare case that we have missed something or made a human error and you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us at bambambilla23@gmail.com with photos of your item. We will be more than happy to guide you through the immediate exchange process.
