Shipping & Return
Items will be dispatched between 2-5 working days from when the order is confirmed. Shipping is with Fedex and takes 3-9 days, depending on location. You will receive email notifications of estimated delivery date.

Pre-order items will take 2-3 weeks to produce and then will be shipped immediately. Shipping is with Fedex and takes 3-9 days, depending on location. You will receive email notifications of estimated delivery date.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We only offer refunds/exchanges on unworn items.
For exchanges or returns you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
For international orders if you wish to return you order please contact us by email (email@example.com) with your reason and request and we will send you instructions for returns.
You will need to return the unworn items to a localised dispatch address. We have these in California and London. You will need to email proof of postage to receive a full refund. The cost of postage to the dispatch office will need to be personally incurred by the consignee.
We check each and every order before it leaves our studio – in the rare case we have missed something and you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of your item. We will be more than happy to guide you through the exchange process.
